Amsterdam Falafel and Kabob is the brainchild of Felice Anania, Anne Cavanaugh and Paul Kulik, co-workers at Omaha's La Buvette and longtime friends. Working together led to a catering operation called Chef's Table. The stand alone store was to be the next stop.
