This historic pavilion overlooks a 12 acre park. The building is available year round and is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The main floor measures 30 X 40 feet and is equipped a full kitchen, restrooms, and dining area. Capacity inside the pavilion is 100. The outside porch will accommodate an additional 50 people. Table and chairs are furnished. There is a 30 minute time period allotted for cleanup after the designated rental time.
