Lincoln singer.songwriter Terri Jo, the owner/operator of Crescent Moon Coffee, came up with the name because of her long time fascination with the lunar orb in general, and crescent moons in particular.
The moon figures prominently in her interior decor at the coffee house, and also is in the name of one of her solo CD's, Legend of Strawberry Moon.

Crescent Moon Coffee has been at home in the Haymarket District since 2001. After developing a great clientele at a former site on the fringes of this historic section of downtown Lincoln, Crescent Moon recently moved into more centrally located space at 816 P Street.
